We are an attorney owned boutique insurance brokerage firm that approaches workers compensation claims differently. Many other firms do not get involved with claims. When they do, they just monitor by simply passing on the latest claims update from the adjuster. \n\nIn California, the carrier has 90-days to investigate the claim.
